England to honour Sir Bobby at Wembley

England will honour our founder, Sir Bobby Charlton this evening as they take on Malta at Wembley.

Sir Bobby’s image will be mapped out in a crowd mosaic before the game kicks off, alongside a minute’s applause.

The England players will also wear a black armband as a mark of respect to Sir Bobby and his contribution to football.

This fixture against Malta is the first time England have played since the death of Sir Bobby, and is set to be an emotional event for all those in attendance.
