Ukranian women complete EOD training in Kosovo
The FoU-EOD Sponsored Training of the first 8 Ukrainian nationals concludes. The all female course, the first of its type to be conducted outside of the Ukraine since the Russian Federations invasion, has come to an end with all 8 graduating with flying colours, after 4-weeks of intensive training.
The training was made possible from donations from the Sir Bobby Charlton Foundation, thanks go to Lou McGrath and his team at the foundation and to ‘Ravenscroft’ for their generous support and The Landmine Relief Fund from Bill and his team, with further donations for training from individuals.
Thanks also go to MAT Kosovo/ PCM and the Alfords group for the speed in which they arranged the training to happen, and the seamless way in which the training was delivered – with special thanks going to Uliana and Julia for their tireless efforts and behind the scenes round the clock work in translating all course materials into the Ukrainian language.
